Wine

Peter Lehmann Masters Mentor Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards across the Barossa Valley, including parcels of low yielding old vines.

The wine is fermented on skins for up to two weeks with partial barrel fermentation. After pressing and clarification, it matures in a mix of new and seasoned French oak for 14-18 months.

The final blend, which includes a small portion of Shiraz in some years, is then bottled and aged for five years before release.

Deep purple, Peter Lehmann Masters Mentor Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon has dense fruit weight, firm tannins and dusty oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
